Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging. Opened items may still be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@getzalvo.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will assist you.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
